Choose the mailed version and your personalized poem will be beautifully printed on high-quality paper and sent to you or your loved one in a special Wattney Poetry envelope, along with a keepsake card.
Mailed copies are delivered on our scheduled preorder dates.
The Wattney Letter is sent by regular, untracked mail. A tracking number will not be provided, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service.
Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, milestones, love letters, or simply saying what feels impossible to put into words.
Please note: The mailed version is a physical keepsake and will be sent according to the preorder schedule listed on our website and in your order confirmation email. The digital version is delivered by email within 7 days of submitting your details.
For digital orders, please check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see your email. Due to the personalized nature of this product, all purchases are final and refunds are not available once your poem has been submitted for creation.
Standard Mail: Orders tracked and can take 4-12 business days to be delivered to you. We ship within 2-5 business days.
International Shipping: Orders are tracked and can take 4-23 business days to be delivered to you. We ship within 2-5 business days.
Orders over $40 will have free shipping (Canada & USA) $60 for International orders. Orders under $40/$60 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method.
Ebooks: Due to the nature of digital items, there are unfortunately no refunds for downloadable's.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed or undeliverable status, and you paid for the shipping, you will receive a full refund; however, if you received free shipping and the order is returned, you will be eligible for a partial refund.
International Orders: it's important to note that when ordering internationally, customers are responsible for paying any customs fees or import duties imposed by their country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. In some cases, packages may be held at customs until the fees are paid.
